However, it is occasionally necessary to return or exchange an item that you have purchased from us. Please note: The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to insure any products to be returned as Business Phone Systems Direct cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged while in transit back to us. A valid "returns number" must accompany all returns in all instances. This returns number must be obtained from the customer services team.  Failure to include this will result in a delay with the processing of your return. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service that provides you with proof of receipt, for added security and peace of mind. If you don’t accurately follow the procedure outlined above, your return may take longer to process or even be rejected when it is received by us.
