What does this offer me?
Send calls from your IVR directly to home or remote offices with no call costs! With a typical IVR, any calls leaving the IVR will incur charges if they are routed over the public phone network. Skype-to-Skype calls are free.

Can I have this on any IVR?
The Skype module can be added to either our hosted or customer-premise IVR’s.

Do I have to answer calls at my PC?
No, with our tested DECT-style handsets, you can have a wireless phone in your home or office that acts just as a normal phone.

This option is particularly attractive for small to medium sized businesses who wish to take advantage of a fully featured Interactive Voice Response system, with a vastly reduced initial capital outlay, as well as eradicating the need for system IT maintenance, and support.
