We offer fully integrated telephone payment systems, and telephone service solutions. Our systems are hosted in Doncaster, UK and fully managed by our preferred supplier Intramation Ltd.
Our IVR platform accepts calls either from your phone system or directly on a dedicated number. We greet the customer with voice prompts recorded specifically for you, and take the caller through a number of options. At the end of the call, any payments taken are automatically debited and a transaction record created.
If the call fails for any reason, we can have a number of options, including redirecting the call to our call centre, your offices or playing a pre-recorded message.
There are often no or little setup fees, and revenue sharing IVR’s are also available, depending on the final application. As we host our own platform, the IVR is fully maintained, cost effective and very quick to set up.
