CHOV Small Side opening External Camera Housing
This aluminium housing features a side hinged lid and through the bracket cabling.
It is mainly for static use but can be used on Pan & Tilt heads.
The top half of the body, with sunshield affixed, can be opened on a hinge. This provides good access to the camera without the need for removing the lid completely. The camera is fitted to a clip in tray which can be adjusted along the length of the housing.
Another useful feature is the facility to run all cabling through the bracket, this provides a higher level of security and a neater appearance. If this option is not required the housing is supplied with normal cable glands.
There are special brackets for this housing; WBOV wall bracket and CM4 ceiling bracket, both with internal cable voids. Ordinary bracketry can also be used. This housing will take the HG6Z & TG6Z 6:1 zooms but is mainly designed for static use. The unit comes complete with a 230v heater and thermostat.
