RTX Dualphone 3088 PSTN/Skype Dual Twin Dect has no need of a PC as it has an intuitive Skype interface built in plugs directly in your router/modem. The 3088 is a modular system which can handle up to 4 Handsets in total making equally adept for the home or a small business.
