Sonica Software is an easy to use totally software based Messaging On-Hold solution residing on a computer compatible to most telephone systems MO-H functions. There are no other on-hold messaging solutions available that give so much flexibility and with Sonica 4 the on-hold program exists as a play-list of available messages. Each message is recommended to last between 30 and 60 seconds and can be combined with other messages in any order required. By simply using the computers mouse messages can be added or deleted within any given play-list. If anyone can use a mouse then they can use Sonica 4 software easily.
