The Retell 704 is designed for use near electrical equipment and is a best selling telephone training kit as used by many Call Centres. Suitable for any telephones including digital cordless or business systems. It is very easy to fit by attaching on to the telephone lead and uses standard cassettes for recording telephone calls. It has a battery indicator and a built-in microphone making it ideal for note-taking whether in or out of the office.
