The Retell VGP10 is the world's smallest Voice and Music on Hold system measuring just 82mm in length. It benefits from Plug and Play out of the box and MP3 technology with 128Mb of solid-state storage capacity. This gives it a capacity to hold up to 25 minutes of on hold music and messages and there is royalty free music included. Its user-friendly format lets staff drag and drop music on hold files using Windows Explorer on a PC and its non-volatile memory means that there is no loss of on-hold music and messages when power is interrupted.
