The Programmable Telephone has no keypad so it can only dial numbers that have been pre-programmed. This helps to prevent unauthorised calls being made as well as making it easy for callers to use. Interquartz Programmable Telephones are most commonly seen in supermarkets bars and restaurants where they are used as a ''Taxi Phone''.
