The Avaya 1616 used in the Avaya Communications Manager Telephone System is for users who spend the majority of their day on the phone. The 4 line by 24 character display supports 16 line appearances or feature keys. The Avaya 1616 phone also supports Avaya wired and wireless headsets through the integrated headset jack. The display of the Avaya 1616 has an adjustable viewing angle and displays additional caller related information to ease call handling. The 1616 phone is compatible with a 32 button expansion module that provides an additional 48 feature keys or speed dial buttons.
