The CallMaster IV supports up to six lines for different call centre splits and skills as well as personal calls. There are 15 programmable buttons and the rubberised buttons benefit from raised bars for ease of use. The two line LCD features 80 characters and the terminal can be used to provide agents with VuStats data.
