OWL Zoom/Dual OWL kit - SC
The ZOOM / Dual OWL Test Kit is ideal for LAN managers and installers who need to do simple attenuation tests on their multi-mode networks.
The ZOOM is an economical fiber optic power meter. It provides accurate testing of multi-mode fibre cables when used with a multi-mode light source. The 7-segment LED display shows power readings with a resolution of 0.1dB. LED indicators confirm selection of dB or dBm mode and verify that the battery power is sufficient to maintain accurate measurements. The ZOOM comes configured with a 2.5mm fixed universal connector.
The Dual OWL is our 850/1300nm NIST traceable multimode light source. Its dual wavelength outputs are temperature-stabilized for accurate measurements. The Dual OWL has two connector options: ST or SC. Easily upgraded to work with single mode fibres, with the addition of the Laser OWL single mode light source.
