Panasonic's Desktop Telephony Assistant (DTA) is available in a choice of two starter packs. Both priced to ensure all KX-TD customers can enjoy the benefits of computer telephony integration (CTI) and make their telephone system really work as part of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme.
What is DTA?
DTA offers a wide range of easy to use functions for handling incoming and outgoing calls. It can be installed existing office computer networks (on a separate server). This minimises costs and disruption and menas your "Call Centre on a desktop" can be up and running as soon as possible. Application integration links incoming CLI to your customer database & uses macros to automatically run Windows based applications displaying relevant customer information as thecall is answered.
KX-DTA
The KX-DTA is supplied with software for the server and four clints. More clients can be added to a maximum of 20 on KX-TD816 and KX-TD1232 installations. Up to 128 DTA clients will be practical on KX-TDA 200 solutions soon. Customers who start with a KX-TDA intro solution can expand beyond 5 clients by purchasing a convertor package if their requirements change
